Change Of Mind

If you change your mind, you can return any product purchased from us within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund. Change of mind returns must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all the contents and in its original packaging.

To begin a return request, you can contact us at support@barkcontrolofficial.com If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We strongly recommend shipping your package with shipment tracking so that you can confirm that it has been successfully delivered.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning goods.

Damaged or Faulty 


All of our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure/ damage to a product delivered to your doorstep.

To begin this process you will need to submit a video clearly displaying the devices fault, this is so we can submit it to our manufacturer. This processing time can take longer due to the additional steps required and the third party involvement. Before we can offer replacements, we need to allow the appropriate third party to assess and advise on the item in question. Any warranty will be VOID if any damage to the item is caused by the buyer operating the product in a manner other than intended, or deliberate damage.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning goods unless their is video evidence displaying the fault of the device. 

Wrong Address

NoMoreBark is not responsible for items that could not be posted to their destination because of an incorrect or an undeliverable address. Fees for a replacement will be applied.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their postal address and information and ensure its accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address.

If a package is posted back to NoMoreBark due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, postage and handling charges will apply.

Refund Timeframe

Your refund will be processed as soon as your purchase has been received and inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 2 business days. Once the return has been approved, it can take up to 3 business days for the refund to be made by NoMoreBark to your account.
